In this picture both Mercy and Sombra from Overwatch have swapped bodies with Mercy now upset being in Sombra's body and Sombra is enjoying this swap and will be no doubt be using this opportunity to cause trouble as Mercy. It's possible that Sombra made the swap happen but I'm not sure personally.
I got the idea for this swap from using the bing image generator and I really wanted to see this idea drawn and it looks great
