The phantom thieves are in Sae's palace and had all the chips they needed to fight Shadow Sae but then she said over a loud specker "I have a request for you before you can face me in battle" "and what's that?" replied Akechi "I request to talk to the girl with brown hair" replied Shadow Sae "what do you think Joker?" asked Akechi.

Joker thought about it and said "Yes but be careful" "so it has been decided" said Shadow Sae and a beam of light teleported Makoto directly to Shadow Sae, when Makoto opened her eyes she saw Shadow Sae sitting at a desk looking at her "now that your here we can talk in private and what a surprise that it's my sister Makoto, what are you doing here and with those phantom thieves?" asked Shadow Sae "we're here to give you a change of heart and why I joined the phantom thieves is because to stop adults from ruining our lives" replied Makoto.

"I want to make a deal with you if you stop coming after me I will have a change of heart and we can spend more time together or fight me and risk me dying as well" asked Shadow Sae "I refuse both offers I don't want to hurt you sis just please stop this" said Makoto shaking, "since you didn't take either offer then you give me no choice other then to do this" Shadow Sae then used a roulette to decide what would happen to Makoto and it landed on the body swap space and their bodies transformed into each other.

When Makoto recovers she sees her body laughing Makoto looks down at her self "what have you done sis?" she asked "this is what fate has decided for you" Shadow Sae replies, "You won't get away with this and I can just tell the others what happened here" said Makoto "and do you think they will believe you?" asked Shadow Sae.

Shadow Sae then snaps her fingers and everyone except Makoto were forced out of the palace "wait what happened?" the group wondered "we didn't decide to leave yet" "it's no good we can't seem to enter the palace right now" said Akechi just then Makoto showed up but it was really Shadow Sae hiding her yellow eyes and black makeup and she said "Why don't you stay at my place since there's no school tomorrow? and we can comeback to try again tommorrow plus I'm tried" "ok" the group agreed.

When Makoto woke up she was back in the real world but she was now in the real Sae's body "oh no I've become my sis and it looks like I'm at her work place" so she left the building to try and find Joker, meanwhile Shadow Sae was going to make it her mission to finish off the phantom thieves and make it look like Makoto had turned traitor at the same time.

Makoto arrived at Leblanc's and asked for Joker but Sojiro told her that he and his friends have gone to Makoto's place for the night "thanks for letting me know" and started running to her house, meanwhile Shadow Sae was getting snacks for everyone and made Makoto's gun appear and she made it a real gun and not a model and put it away for the time being, she brought the snacks into the room and asked Yusuke to help her with something, which he was glad to help and they went to the kitchen.

"What did you want help with?" asked Yusuke but was surprised when Shadow Sae turned around with the gun "what is the meaning of this?" he asked "oh It's nothing personal I just want the phantom thieves dead" replied shadow Sae "but that's just a model it's not a real gun" said Yusuke and he got shot in the foot and shouted in pain "what the hell have you gone mad?!" he asked "are you possessed?" "that's enough out of you" she replied and shots him in the head with a smile on her face killing him "one down seven more to go"

Shadow Sae walks back into the room with fake crying saying that Yusuke was carrying heavy stuff helping her when he fell backwards and it killed him, the others had really shocked faces and they went to have a look and they saw Yusuke on the floor with boxs placed over him, when they all went into the kitchen they moved the boxs off Yusuke body but it felt weird to them because there was nothing in the boxs and they saw the bullet shot on his head.

Just then Makoto arrived home and started looking for the others when she heard a gun shot and she rushed to the kitchen to see Shadow Sae had shot Ryuji in the back of head "For real" he said as he fell and died which made Makoto scream and the group looked at her and then they noticed blood pouring out of Ryuji, Joker was now really angry Ryuji was like a brother to him and Joker and Akechi both charged at Shadow Sae but she teleported out of the way and shot Akechi in the arm "Ahh I got careless and she's fast" Shadow Sae revealed the yellow eyes and the black makeup "did you think I would get caught that easily and I will succeed in my mission because I never lose".

While shadow Sae was busy talking to Joker and Akechi the other phantom thieves were trying to sneak up on her to restrain her but she just teleported again "clever but not clever enough" and she shot Ann in the head "I'm so sorry Joker" said Ann and she was dead as well, Joker had just lost three of his friends to this murderer "you call yourself a prosecutor well your not only that but a judge, jury and executioner as well, this ends now" said an angry Joker.

Joker activated the metaverse app and they arrived in Sae's palace where Shadow Sae in Makoto's body was wearing her shadow form outfit and Makoto in Sae's body was wearing her phantom thief outfit, "this is interesting seeing my outfit on my sisters body but enough about that we have to stop my sister no matter what and I will stop her.

Akechi would only be able to watch the upcoming battle as his arm was shot so fighting was going to be a lot harder and they chased after Shadow Sae who teleported to the boss area waiting for the phantom thieves, They used the chips to get to the boss area and found Shadow Sae waiting for them "let's just get this over with" said Joker making the first attack summoning his best persona's to fight and Shadow Sae used a roulette wheel to often giving her big advantages like restoring health and gaining more speed and power and draining health and applying debuffs on Joker making it harder to win.

Futaba was trying to hack the roulette wheel to reverse the effects and mostly succeeded giving Joker some of the buffs that Shadow Sae was getting but whenever Joker nearly won Shadow Sae would get all her health back guaranteed "I won't lose this battle and what was it called that you used against me persona was it" and a shadowy version of Johanna appeared "this can't be she's using my persona" said a surprised Makoto "My turn now come Johanna" and Johanna appeared as well "that's a relief that I've not lost this power" said Makoto, "it 'looks like because she's in your body Makoto that she can use your persona as well" informed Futaba.

Now both Makoto and Shadow Sae were moving really fast on their own Johanna's and Joker was trying to fight Shadow Sae but it was harder to hit her with Makoto close by and he mainly supported Makoto  and while that was going on Futaba continued to hack the roulette wheel and this time she succeeded in completely hacking it to there side so Joker and Makoto were the only ones getting the advantage and they beat Shadow Sae.

"Give Makoto her body back now" demanded Joker "it can only be undone when you kill me" replied Shadow Sae "NO!!! you must be lying" said Joker feeling worried and he pulled his gun out "I should just shot you dead right now for Yusuke,Ryuji and Ann but your in Makoto's body and it feels like I'm about to shoot a teammate and I love her so I can't do" said Joker shaking with tears streaming down his face.

Makoto was really happy to hear that Joker admitted he loved her and said "it's fine I do it", "but you'll lose your sister are you sure?" asked Joker "after what I've seen her do I will not hesitate" replied Makoto and she pulled out her gun and said "good bye sis I'm going to miss you for everything you've done up till this point" "wait Makoto" said Shadow Sae but it was to late she was shot dead which undid the body swap transforming Makoto back.

Makoto dropped to her knees crying her eyes out Sae was the last member of her family and she had no one left and Joker rushed up to her and hugged her tight to support her, after she stopped crying Sae's palace was collapsing so thay ran to the entrance and got out.

A week later they had a funeral for Sae,Yusuke,Ryuji and Ann, the people who knew the four and the other phantom thieves showed up and were their crying over the family members and friends they had lost in that last battle, Makoto and Joker were taking this the hardest out of everyone with Joker losing two of his oldest friends that he made when he arrived here and for Makoto her sister who she cared so much for, they might have argued but after losing their parents and now her sister Makoto's life was going to get harder for her.

This event had brought Joker and Makoto much closer in their relactionship and from here on would help each other whenever they could and while their jobs as phantom thieves was not over, there mission was going to be a lot harder losing three members but they would still continue anyway.

The end I hope you enjoyed this story I felt like making it quite a dark and sad story this time with major character deaths and the phantom thieves being in an unfavorable position. I apologize if the story feels weird at times with what I've made the characters say and do, I'm not the best at story writing but I hope you get what I was going for in the end.

Futaba got a call from Joker telling her that he was coming to see them for the summer break and he brought Morgana with him, Joker arrived at Leblanc and saw the other members of the phantom thieves and Sojiro waiting for him inside, everyone was talking to Joker about how they been getting up to and that they missed him and they were playing and stroking Morgana.

Joker told everyone that he will be staying here for the summer and wanted to go to the beach tomorrow to kick start the summer, but both Ryuji and Yusuke had other plans but they would go with him next time, Joker and Morgana went up to the attic which was a familiar sight to both of them, Joker put his bags away and went to sleep.

The next day Futaba called the other girls over to her place, when the girls arrived in Futaba's room she showed them a remote which had one button on it labled body swap, Futaba explained that she saw a movie once before that gave her the idea to make her own remote that could do the same thing, Futaba wanted them to swap for the beach trip, the other girls were unsure about this but they were going to give it a go.

Futaba aimed the remote at Makoto and they swapped, Makoto asked Futaba why she swapped with her and she replied because she found Makoto very beautiful, which made Makoto blush and replied with thank you, Haru then used the remote on Ann, Ann felt a bigger weight on her chest which throw her off balance but she got up and said this weight will take getting used to, Futaba then put the remote in her bag and they left to meet up with Joker.

The four girls arrived at Leblanc where Joker,Morgana and Sojiro were waiting for them, Joker had a bag of clothes he was taking with him and Morgana was going to be in the bag till they arrive on the beach, Sojiro waved them off, then Joker and the four girls got on a train after a few hours they arrived at the beach and they went to the changing rooms.

The girls got changed and Ann was looking at her new boobs and said to Haru it's amazing how you cope with them being this big and Haru replied with well I just grow up with them so that's how I can cope and it feels nice to have a smaller chest for a while, then a smile appeared on Futaba's face brcause she was not flat right now and shouted oh yeah and grabbing her new chest which made the other three look at her and Makoto walked up to her and told Futaba to calm down because she was getting embarrassed.

The girls left the changing room and found Joker and Morgana waiting for them and they found a spot on the beach to put their stuff then Morgana, Ann and Haru went to get food and drink, while Makoto and Futaba stayed with Joker, Joker asked the two girls what they should do and Makoto replied with they should go in the sea for a bit and Futaba just grabbed Joker and kissed him on the lips which made Makoto really blush.

Makoto walked up to Futaba and grabbed her arm and took her to a corner out of sight and asked why she just kissed Joker like that and Futaba replied she loves Joker and it would not look out of place if it looked like it was Makoto kissing him and not her, Makoto got annoyed saying so that's the main reason you wanted to swap with me, I can't believe this I want to swap back now. 

Makoto started to head back to the changing rooms to swap back but then she saw Joker run up to her and said that Morgana came back saying that Ann and Haru had been taken, so they went to where the food stands are and saw the food and drink both Ann and Haru brought for the group was on the floor, Joker asked the people nearby what happened and they replied that a group of guys walked up to Ann and Haru and took them to a nearby abandoned building.

Joker, Makoto and Futaba arrived at the abandoned building near the beach then Joker tells Morgana to go back and look after their stuff back on the beach and saw two guys guarding the entrance, Joker silently took out both guys then they went in the building and climbed the stairs to a floor near the top where they see twenty guys standing around and Ann and Haru were tied up and have clothes over their mouths, they saw one of the guys who looked like the leader of this gang removing the cloth over Ann's mouth and he was asking Ann a question thinking she was the real Haru about where the money was being keeped at the Big Bang Burger company since they knew Haru was in charge of the company, Ann replied with that she had no clue and they replied with if you wont tell us then we'll kill your friend here.

Joker had heard enough he ran and tacked the leader then started to fight him because he didn't want an ally to die meanwhile Makoto and Futaba started to fight the other men in the room but not without difficulty with Makoto knowing how to fight but was in Futaba's weaker body and Futaba being in Makoto's strong body but was nervous about fighting but she tried and after fifteen minutes the kidnappers were defeated.

Joker untied both Ann and Haru and they both thanked him for saving them and they explained that they were suddenly grabbed after receiving the food and Morgana tried to fight them but retreated after he saw the group, after they finished explaining about what happened Makoto called the police which arrived ten minutes later and arrested the group.

After they went back to the beach Joker brought the group food and drink and went back to where they left their stuff and there they saw that Morgana had looked after their stuff and they thanked him and petted him.

After eating they had a fun time on the beach for three hours then they had a shower and got changed then they got on the train back which took two hours.

When they got back to Leblanc's Sojiro greeted them asking how their day was with Joker replying with it was a fun and interesting time.

Futaba walked up to Joker and told him that it was her and not Makoto that kissed him earlier, Joker was confused and Futaba explained that before they meet up here earlier Futaba had used this remote which she then took out of her bag to show and explained that her and Makoto had swapped bodies and Ann and Haru had swapped bodies.

Futaba had the girls swapped back to the right bodies then they said that they will see Joker again during the summer and before Makoto left the cafe she wanted to talk to Futaba about if she could borrow the remote and Futaba replied sure because she did kiss Joker without her permission and she was sorry and they hugged Makoto replied that she's okay about it and she was just caught off guard in that moment and Makoto received the remote.

A week later one night Makoto invited Joker to her house and waited till Sae was asleep then Makoto used the remote and swapped bodies with her sister then her and Joker had a romatic night.

Joker for the rest of the summer break had a fun time hanging out with the people he meet before when he was on probation catching up with them and taking them to places.

After the summer break the phantom thieves saw Joker getting on the train home and while they will miss him they knew Joker would see them again.

The end, I really enjoyed writing this story and I hope you enjoyed this.

Kasumi and Futaba were having a walk when they randomly swap bodies.

Kasumi: hears music in her ears "whats going on? why am I wearing headphones I don't remember bringing any with me, did you put your headphones on my head Futaba?"

Futaba: "No but it looks like we randomly swapped bodies while this is unexpected I like you and your preety so I don't mind this. now turn up my music I want to keep listening".

One weekend the girls wanted to have a more relaxing time after spending a lot of dark hours climbing Tartarus. Femc got the girls together execpt Fuuka because she had other plans and told them we are having a girls day out but with a twist that they will swap bodies.

Femc had asked Fuuka to add a body swap function to Aigis, Femc wanted to swap with Yukari and wanted Aigis to swap with Mitsuru, Aigis used the function and four helmets came out of Aigis and swapped everyone there.

Aigis was feeling happy that she was now a human girl and not a android, Mitsuru was feeling nervous about now being a machine making Aigis's body do crazy things by accident that Aigis herself rushed over and calmed her down.

Femc was checking herself out in the mirror loving Yukari's body and clothes that's what made Yukari cute which now made her cute, Yukari did not mind being in her leaders body because she trusted her.

Aigis after dealing with Mitsuru's situration gave Femc a big kiss making Yukari and Mitsuru blush not expecting that but Yukari and Mitsuru gave each a big kiss with Mitsuru founding it very different as a android because it almost felt real but the sensation was still there.

After that they went shopping trying on different clothes with their new bodies with Aigis having the most fun because she normally could not try on new clothes because of being a android then they had lunch and Aigis was happy to be able to actually eat when again she normally would not be able to, Mitsuru was okay with not being able to eat but it felt very weird because in her normal body eating was necessary but as a android she never felt hungry.

They went in more shops untill it was time to head back to the dorm where they had dinner, After dinner Yukari and Mitsuru wanted to swap back to their bodies but were told to wait till morning, So they talked about how they felt being each other with Aigis being the most talkative which made Femc very happy with this idea in the first place.

When it was time for bed Aigis helped Mitsuru into Aigis's special bed and turned Mitsuru off to recharge her power and Yukari and Femc told each other information that they would need to know if they were sleeping in each others room, After Yukari had gone into Femc's room, Aigis went to where Femc was staying for the night and rushed up to her and then they started really kissing which to Aigis felt great being human.

Femc asked if they should be doing this in other peoples bodies but Aigis was not wasting this opportunity, She took off her clothes and jumped in bed with Femc and had a night long make out session which made it the best day of their lifes.

In the morning they were ready to swap back to their bodies with Aigis telling Mitsuru how to activate the body swap with Mitsuru trying to make it work accidentally swapping everyone into a diffrent body but Aigis was back in her own body so she then corrected the mistake.

While everything was back normal and Yukari questioning Femc about the banging she could hear from the walls she just dodged the question every time and every time they had time off during the night Aigis would sneak into Mitsuru's room and swap bodies while she was asleep and then would go into Femc's room to have a make out session for the night which Aigis looked forward to these nights and she would swap back before Mitsuru woke up.

Haru and Futaba were researching for their next target in mementos, While outside Futuba's hourse was a raging storm which caused Futaba's comptuer to shock both of them which swapped their bodies.

Futaba woke up first and asked are you okay Haru? but noticed that she was not at her computer, She got up and saw her body still on the chair but knocked out, Wait that means I'm in Haru's body I've got to find a mirror.

She went to the bathroom and saw Haru looking back at her, This is weird she said, She remembered that Haru had a bigger chest then she normally had, I've got to have a look she said.

Haru woke up and said why am I in front of Futaba's computer I don't remember sitting here? She turned around and did not see Futaba, I wonder where she went.

She left the room and heard her own voice say OMG this is amazing, Wait that sounds like me Haru said running towards were the sound was coming from.

She arrived at the bathroom to see Futaba in her body looking at the mirror, She had taken the sweater off and was playing with her new boobs.

What the heck are you doing Futaba asked Haru, Why have you taken my sweater off and started playing with my boobs?, I had to check them out because my boobs are small and this is a great opportunity for me replied Futaba.

Haru picked up the sweater and put it back on her body, Come on we have to swap back, I don't want to said Futaba, Why not? said Haru, Because I want to date Joker as you and besides we might swap back naturally anyway replied Futaba.

I guess in that case let's pretend to be each other till we swap back okay? asked Haru, You got it replied Futaba. 

In the end they never swapped back with Futaba living the rich life with Joker and Haru was very helpful at leblancs and made friends with the customers. Only Joker was told about this swap.

What happened? asked Aigis looking at her self, Feeling her checks was a warm feeling not a cold one, I'm a human now.

This is so cool said Ruby, I'm a robot like Penny and I now have all these cool weapons and gadgets. Now the grim don't stand a chance agaist me, Ruby was having a great time. I can't wait for Penny to see me like this.

Ruby do you know what happened? asked Aigis, I don't know replied Ruby. Well said Aigis I don't mind being a human girl for a while. I'm definitely okay with this said Ruby, Just be careful with my body okay asked Aigis, Sure replied Ruby.
